Preparations Begin.
1. The bed has been moved so I have room to park my trusty walker next to it.
2. The dreaded physical exam is done.
3. Exercises are being done every single day. (Ouch!)
4. The insurance company has been called and certified my hospitalization.
5. Some meals have been cooked and frozen for Hubby to reheat for us after I come home from the hospital.

Let the Torture...er, Exercises...Begin.
There is just nothing like having to do knee-bending exercises when it's knee-bending that's so painful in the first place. But, eye on the ball, Gloria. Eye on the ball.
Hopes Dashed. : (
I very much hoped that I could just have an injection into my knee and all would be hunky-dory. Sadly, it was not to be. My other knee is now in need of a total knee replacement. A few months from now I will be happy to have had the surgery, but right now I dread the thought of the pain, the physical therapy, and the numerous trips to the clinic for blood draws.
